If you are a new patient, please allow time to find parking and arrive at least 10 min prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork to avoid cutting into your treatment.
Important Information for Online Booking
If you do not find the date or time that you are looking for, please contact the front desk at 971-407-3066. We might still be able to find an appointment time that works best for you or add you to a waitlist for that time or day.
ALL ONLINE BOOKINGS REQUIRE A CARD ON FILE TO HOLD THE APPOINTMENT, or A $50 DEPOSIT (VIA TEXT PAY, EMAIL, OR PHONE)
Because appointments are limited, with most having waitlists, and to be respectful of our practitioners time, we have to have a credit card on file to hold all booked appointments. If you don’t have a card on file, you will receive a text or email for a $50 deposit, you may submit that way or call in to provide a card on file. We expect our online booking system to automatically begin taking cards on file when booking in the future, but for now, this is our process.
After scheduling online, if you do not have a card on file with us, be on the lookout for an incoming text/email with the subject of “Request for Payment”, which is an invoice for a Deposit of $50. You may reply to that text or email or call the clinic to provide your card.
If we do not receive the deposit or have a card on file within 24 hours prior to the appointment time, that appointment will be canceled. The card on file is what holds your appointment time. We adhere to a strict 24-hour cancelation policy, and you may be assessed up to the total price of the service if canceling within 24 hours of the appointment.
If you want to schedule an appointment within 24 hours of the service, please call the spa directly to book at (971) 407-3066. The full price of service will be charged if appointments are scheduled within 24 hours of the time of service no-show.
