Chemical peels are exfoliating facial treatments that use a blend of skin-safe acids and complexion-perfecting ingredients to exfoliate the skin by dissolving the top layer. There are different types of peels, including light, medium, and deep peels, each of which is suitable for specific skin types, concerns, and needs. Lighter peels contain the lowest strength of acids, are also known as superficial peels, and require little to no downtime.
Lighter peels dissolve the top layer of the skin but don’t penetrate as deeply as medium or deep peels, which can exfoliate the epidermis and reach into the dermal layers. Deep peels are meant for those with more severe signs of aging, sun damage, or other skin concerns. Due to their high concentration of acids, we schedule deep peels much less frequently than light and medium peels.

Different skin types have unique needs, which is why we customize each of our chemical peels to meet our patients’ needs. Some skin types cannot tolerate stronger peels, while others require stronger peels to adequately target and correct skin imperfections and concerns.

Peels You Can Trust
Not all chemical peels are created equal, which is why we offer customized treatments that contain naturally occurring ingredients and organic acids that will make the skin healthier. The goal of a chemical peel is to improve the skin, not make it worse. These acids will remove the dead skin cells from your complexion and promote a newer, healthier layer of skin cells.
Downtime varies based on the strength of the peel you choose, and you may or may not experience peeling post-treatment. If you do peel, you can expect it to last anywhere from four to five days, and we will give you instructions on how to care for your skin during this time to ensure optimal treatment results.

The Biorepeel 35% TCA peel uses a unique treatment process to perfect the skin, different from most chemical peels. Instead of applying this peel topically and waiting for a set period before removing it, we microneedle it into the skin, which can help transform the skin cells to promote optimal results.
One of the benefits of this particular peel is that there is less downtime, quicker healing, and faster results. We can use this peel to treat multiple areas of the face and body, and it can be combined with other treatments, including cosmetic injectables and other skin care treatments.
Sante Universal Peel
The Sante Universal Peel uses a combination of acids and qualifies as a light peel. It’s a good option for those who have never experienced a chemical peel before or those with more sensitive, reactive skin who need a peel with a lighter combination of acids that results in less downtime but beautiful results.

Patients who qualify for Sante Advanced Peel must first schedule the Sante Universal Peel before undergoing treatment.
